Tracking & Status Protocol

A shipping confirmation email containing your official UPS or USPS tracking number is generated immediately upon package scan.

If your tracking status displays “label created” or “awaiting package” after 24–48 hours, it typically indicates a carrier intake scan delay. Please contact support and our team will resolve it promptly.

Important Guidelines

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Amino USA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Domestic Only: We currently ship exclusively within the United States from our Houston, Texas facility.
  • Signature Security: High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Carrier Delays & Claims

While we guarantee 24-hour dispatch, occasional carrier delays may occur due to severe weather, holiday volumes, or regional hub holds.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is officially marked as “Delivered” by UPS or USPS, carrier delivery confirmation releases seller liability. If you suspect theft, please contact UPS or your local post office.

Order Unshipped Notice: If your order has not shipped within 24 business hours, it is most likely due to an incomplete payment or processing hold. Please double check payment status or reach out to customer care.
