Agreement Introduction & Binding Acceptance
By accessing or using www.aminousa.com (the “Website”), User is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”), which incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
User represents and warrants that User is of legal age (at least 21 years old) and possesses full legal capacity to enter into this binding legal contract.
Use and Disclaimer of Information
- NO WARRANTY: www.aminousa.com makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding products or information. All products are provided on an “as is” basis at User’s sole risk.
- IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH: All site information and products are strictly for sole in-vitro laboratory research purposes.
- NOT FDA APPROVED: Products are not FDA authorized or approved to prevent, treat, diagnose, mitigate, or cure any disease, ailment, or medical condition.
- NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION: Products are not to be used, consumed, or ingested by any human or animal under any circumstances.
Hold Harmless & Release of Liability
By purchasing or using any product sold by www.aminousa.com, User explicitly agrees to hold www.aminousa.com (including its owners, directors, officers, employees, and partners) harmless from any and all claims arising under contract, strict liability, negligence, or breach of duty related to product possession, handling, or use.
Professional Qualification & Handling Requirements
User certifies that all purchased materials will be handled exclusively by licensed, trained, or qualified laboratory professionals in appropriate research settings.
Prohibition on Misbranding & Adulteration
User agrees that products shall not be mixed, combined, or adulterated for consumption, administration, food, drug, supplement, or cosmetic application, nor introduced into interstate commerce in violation of sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Indemnification Agreement
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless www.aminousa.com and its officers, directors, employees, and owners from any third-party claim, suit, demand, or liability (including attorney’s fees) arising out of User’s violation of these terms or improper handling of research compounds.
Governing Law, Force Majeure & Severability
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet disruptions, shipping delays, or regulatory actions.
Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that portion shall be stricken and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
